The outdoor areas and mountain views were jaw-dropping. It's a super tranquil location within walking distance of Ruthin castle. The cottage decor was mind-blowing and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were top-notch, including free wi-fi, free parking, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was amazing, with a spacious shower and heated towel rail. They even provided fresh milk and Welsh cakes. The little seating areas and viewing huts were a nice touch. Everything was thoughtfully designed and it was a super experience overall. Plus, they allow pets! No smoking on site.

We had a fantastic stay at Curlew's Nest! The location was perfect, offering beautiful views of the mountains and a peaceful atmosphere. The cottage was well-designed and equipped with everything we needed, including a modern and spacious shower. We loved the little outdoor seating area and the viewing huts that allowed us to fully enjoy the surrounding nature. The host family was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend Curlew's Nest for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.
Although the cottage had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday, it would have been nice to have a blind in the kitchen for more privacy at night. Additionally, there was a bit of dust in some areas of the property.
